  • Interest rates: 8.00% – 12.00%
  • Loan term: 1 – 5 years
  • Loan amounts: $250K – $50MM
  • Up to 75% LTV
  • Guarantee: Recourse and non-recourse
  • Origination fees: 2.0% – 3.5%

Long Term Commercial Property Loan Parameters:

  • Interest rates: 7.99% – 9.25% – Rate fixed 3 – 8 years
  • Loan term: Up to 30 Year Term / 30 Year Amortization
  • Loan amounts:  $500K – $50MM
  • Up to 70% LTV
  • Prepay penalty or minimum interest during fixed rate period
  • Origination fees: 2.0% – 3.0%
