  • 9 Month Term, 1 mo. Minimum interest

  • $900 Document Prep. Fee
  • 0% – No Origination Fee

Residential Mini-Perm Loan

  • Rate: Starting at 8.50%, interest only payments
  •  24 Month Term, 6 mo. minimum interest
  •  70% of cost, up to 65% of value
  • $75,000 Min. Loan
  • $900 Document Prep. Fee
  • 2.00%-3.0% Origination Fee, $2,000 Min.

Long Term Loan

  • Rate: 7.75% – 8.25%, 3 years fixed
  • Up to 70% LTV
  •  30 Year Term / 30 Year Amortization
  •  Prepay Penalty during fixed rate period
  •  Low Doc  –  Min 650 FICO Score
  •  $100k Min Loan
  • 2.5 – 3.0% Origination Fee
  • $1,995 Processing Fee

Jumbo Residential Loan
